Generally I start with a ‘welcome to the latest issue’ but today I want to ask : How are you?
These are very worrying and unsettling times as we all do our bit to get this virus under control and get our lives back to normal, or our version of normal!
With most of us I presume being horse and pony owners, life has to go on – but no events or shows to attend must be making it hard to wonder if you keep them ticking over or just turn them out.
We have to look to the positives…. what are you doing with your lockdown time to make the most of it? I’m working on improving my tech knowledge and I’ve signed up for a couple of online courses. I start the working week tuning into The Body Coach and now realise how unfit I am!
When I’m not working I am improving my gardening skills and it will be wonderful once this colder snap makes way for some lovely sunshine.
We are fortunate to not live near anyone and can go outside, given we have had our NHS text to say we are locked down for 12 weeks, it is good for the mind and the body to find constructive things to do. Even starting yoga, but not entirely sure it’s going to go quite to plan.
