With the competition line up confirmed, Belton can boast it’s strongest line up EVER! In this Olympic year the UK’s teamGB hopefuls will all be attending Belton in a hope to impressing the selection committee and gain points to boost their qualification chances for this years games at Greenwich. Among competitors there will be 3 ex World Champions (Zara Phillips, Blyth Tait & Jean Tuelere), all perspective TeamGB candidates, including William Fox-Pitt, Mary King, Oliver Townend, Pippa Funnell, Piggy French, Matthew Wright and many, many more. If this wasn’t enough, there will also be Olympic team members from the Irish, French and New Zealand teams along with a multitude of the continents top riders coming over to ensure they don’t miss this mammoth early season Equifest ! All will be running over Captain Mark Phillips challenging and beautifully designed 3* and advanced courses.
Belton 2012 has it all to offer, with shopping at the likes of Joules, Urchin and Henley & Barr, sumptuous tasty treats and bargains galore. Classic car shows, Stunt team displays, dog agility shows and a traditional fun-fair to name but a few of the attractions taking place. Not forgetting the stunning scenery and acres & acres of beautiful unspoiled Park land to explore. This really is a day out you and the family will not want to miss.
