Bliss of London Liberty Jump 750x426 - Two arts come together

Bliss of London LogoIn order to capture the passion and beauty of each and every Bliss of London saddle, there was really only one option when it came to photographing the works of art.

Having been described as ‘the world’s greatest horse photographer’, Matthew Seed’s unique and breathtaking style has become widely recognised throughout both the equestrian and photography industry. With Bliss of London fast becoming the most talked about saddle manufacturer across the globe, it was a natural correlation between the two creative forces.

Nikki Newcombe, Managing Director at Bliss of London was instantly taken with the dramatic depiction in Matthew’s images. “When I was first introduced to his work I instantly knew that he was the right person to illustrate our saddles. Photography has the potential to influence customers and with our target market being strong, aspirational female riders we wanted to depict this power in our imagery.”

“The end results have exceeded even our high expectations,” she admits. “We wanted to show a real connection between horse and rider in a beautiful backdrop. Thanks to a great team behind the scenes, the beautiful setting at Ingestre Stables in Stafford and of course, Matthew Seed, we now have the perfect platform to exhibit Bliss of London.”

For photographer Matthew Seed, he relished the task of an interesting new challenge, “I was really excited about this shoot as it was a great cross over from my horse photography and fashion background,” he admits. “Bliss of London represents everything I love about the equestrian industry; the passion and the sense of harmony between horse and rider. Being able to work with beautiful saddles, that are far closer to art than just a simple piece of equipment, was an honour.”
