Following a sell-out QIPCO British Champions Day last Saturday, with an official attendance of 32,500 at Ascot, organisers have announced that tickets for the 2013 event are on sale now at 2012 prices. Customers wishing to buy tickets for next year’s Flat season finale can purchase them at 2012 prices until the end of December – £47 for Premier admission, £36 for admission to the Champions Bar and £26 for Grandstand admission. Accompanied under 18s will continue to be able to enjoy the occasion free of charge.
Rod Street, Chief Executive of British Champions Series, said: “As has been demonstrated in both 2011 and 2012, demand for British Champions Day tickets has been extremely high, which has led to our decision to put tickets for 2013 on sale now. “This not only gives our customers an opportunity to secure their tickets for the 2013 event in advance, but most importantly, allows customers to take advantage of 2012 prices if they book their tickets before the end of the year. “There will be increase in ticket prices from 1st January 2013, although the prices are yet to be agreed, as we are reviewing the overall set-up for the raceday.”
