Step into spring with Countrywide’s equestrian events

CountrywideCountrywide are holding their specialist equestrian events on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March 2012 throughout their Country Stores. With events taking place across the weekend, equestrian customers can take advantage of great savings and expert advice on essential products in preparation for the spring and summer months.

Sara Blackshaw Countrywide’s Equine Buyer, comments “Spring is an exciting but busy time for horse enthusiasts as we prepare for turnout and the upcoming competition season; checking competition equipment, changing feeding regimes and addressing paddock maintenance. Therefore, the equine events taking place across all of our stores are designed to make things that little bit easier for horse owners.”

“Our in store Equestrian specialists will be on hand to offer expertise and advice on a wide range of horse related topics, such as qualified AMTRA animal health advice, hat and body protector fitting plus advice on fencing and rugging in preparation for spring turnout.”

Equestrian specialists will also be on hand to offer advice on summer feeding as well as laminitis prevention. Countrywide have feed to cover every pocket and horse requirement and for this weekend only are offering 20% off their improved own-brand horse feeds as well as 20% off all NAF products. Plus 10% off all other equestrian products.

Countrywide’s chosen charity for the year is again Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) and any money raised at the events in collection boxes will be donated to the RDA, as Sara explains “Support for the RDA will continue this year raising awareness and funds for their tremendous work.

“We hope the equestrian event will not only be an informative and enjoyable experience but will also take away the hassle of getting organised for the spring as you can find everything you need in one place,” concludes Sara.
