WITH the cold weather set to bite, when the team at fun and vibrant fashion label, Tottie saw the wonderful efforts of Leeds University students, stripping off for an RDA charity calendar they knew it was time to come to the rescue to help keep them warm!
Seven girls from the Leeds University Equestrian Society have set pulses racing as they posed in their underwear and riding boots for the charity calendar.
The calendar sales are hoped to raise more than £1,000 for the Otley and District Riding for the Disabled group and the Tottie team decided to reward them for their great effort to supplying them with clothing from the range and some Cottage Craft headcollar’s for the horses at the RDA.
Laura Fielding, society club captain said: “It has been a fantastic experience and it was quite liberating riding horses with little clothing.
“It was incredible, I really bonded with the rest of the girls and it was great to be doing it for such a good cause, it’s a brilliant charity and with it being so local we know where the money is going.
“The calendar has caused quite a stir and we are very grateful to Tottie for the wonderful clothing they have provided after seeing just how far we went for charity.”
Richard Lawrence of Tottie said: “It is great to support a local charity and Tottie feel it is brilliant that the girls have put so much work into helping others.”
