13.30 Refreshments, Debate starts at 14.00
We are going to cover the following current questions
Showing 4 year olds in major qualifiers: is this shortening their careers? how can we encourage novice classes ?
 Penalties for positive dope tests: Update on TSR policy, what penalties do you think are fair? should there be more testing ?
 Format of showing classes: have they become boring to watch? Is a freestyle show with a time limit better than a set show? Should the ‘go’ mark be displayed in the ring? Or should judges give a public resume at the end of the class?
Marking horse classes: Yes or No? Would this be a strain on stewarding?  Has marking made the pony classes better or worse? Would competitors like a change ?
As normal we will have an experienced and forthright panel and your comments are very welcome from the floor. We will allow time for any questions at the end of the debate scheduled to finish approx 16.30.

‘Meet the Judges‘ at the High Flyers Show 15,16,17 March in the TheraPlate Shopping Village, Peterborough Arena, East of England Showground. Your chance to discover what judges really look for in the ring!

TSR will be interviewing various judges each day to discover what they like & dislike from the types of horse to what they expect in a ride. Plus we will be taking questions from the public. Watch out for further info on times & judges and to book your show tickets from High Flyers website
