The popular Horse of the Year Show Supreme Model of the Year Competition is underway for this year to find six new models to promote the official merchandise of “The World’s Most Famous Horse Show”. The competition follows a very successful debut last year, in which Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) enthusiasts nationwide entered for their chance to model the exciting clothing.
The attractive and versatile merchandise collection incorporates two ranges: the 2013-2014 range and the vintage range. They include high-quality polo shirts, fitted t-shirts, skinnifit sweatshirts, gilets and hoodies, all of which are available to purchase on the HOYS shop website.
Men, women, boys and girls are all invited to choose an item of clothing from either range and submit a photo of themselves modelling it. A panel of judges will choose six winners across the following age categories, split into male and female sections: 18 years and under; 19 – 35 years; 36 years plus.
The winners will be invited to attend a professional photo shoot next spring. At a hugely enjoyable and interactive day for everyone involved, they will model the yet-to-be-released 2014-2015 range, ready for future promotion.
Images of last year’s winners now feature on the HOYS website (www.hoys.co.uk), HOYS online shop (www.hoys-shop.co.uk) and in various printed forms of advertisement. This will include banners on the HOYS merchandise stand in the Retail Village and adverts in the official show programme at this year’s Show from 9th – 13th October at Birmingham’s NEC. The winners of this year’s Supreme Model of the Year Competition can expect to experience the same exciting opportunities.
