The popular Irish horse feed company, Connolly’s Red Mills are to offer a unique new ranking system with fantastic prizes as part of the existing Open Intermediate classes for riders under twenty one (The Connolly’s Red Mills OI U-21 classes).

This new initiative from Connolly’s Red Mills, who joined British Eventing as OI U-21 sponsor in 2011 will offer the winner of the new rankings an exclusive prize-package including a clinic with British bronze Olympic medalist Tina Cook, a showjumping session with Irish rider Billy Twomey, feed sponsorship for a horse for a year in addition to a Red Mills Gilet and a Foran’s voucher. Prizes including a lesson with Tina Cook will also go to all riders ranked in the top ten.

“Connolly’s RED MILLS is delighted to announce its support to sponsor a new and exciting new league as part of the existing OIu21 series. Supporting the Industry at this level provides a very important platform for up and coming young riders to compete at a high level. The inclusion of clinics with Billy Twomey and Tina Cook as prizes should certainly add an extra dimension and competitive edge to the league. We wish the best of luck to all competitors” said Managing Director of Connolly’s Red Mills Gareth Connolly.

The ranking system will use points accumulated in the 2012 season in Connolly’s Red Mills OI U-21 classes only, with points allocated to individual horse & rider combinations as follows:
