Bransby LogoBransby Horses proudly announces our Summer Fayre and Grand opening will be taking place at our Bransby sanctuary in Lincolnshire on Saturday May 24th 2014! Sophie Wells MBE, Paralympic, World & European gold medallist will be appearing at the annual Summer Fayre. Officially cutting the ribbon to open the Visitor & Education Centre, Sophie will be available for signings and bringing her prestigious Olympic medals for us budding equestrians to marvel at in jealousy. We’re so excited we’re fit to burst!

Joining the line-up will be a host of equine stars showing off in the parade of rescued animals. From golden oldies to rehomable companions; there are over 350 horses, ponies, donkeys and mules, all with different personalities to fall in love with.

Entertainment is available across the board; children’s entertainers, face painting, falconry displays, interactive kid’s games, trade stands, craft stalls and much, much more. Special guests Bennington Carriages who provide the finest carriages to the royal family are delivering a driving demonstration. Ridden, farriery and Intelligent Horsemanship spectaculars will also be taking place throughout the day.

A free ‘Bransby Bus’ service kindly hosted by Stagecoach begins its journey from Lincoln City Centre with various stops along the way. Delivering you to our door, more details of the ‘Bransby Bus’ can be seen on our website www.bransbyhorses.co.uk.

Disabled access and parking is available at our Visitor and Education Centre and wheelchair friendly pathways ensure pony cuddles are available all round. With a fun filled day to be had; beginning at 10am, 24th May is set to be a date for the diary!
