Bennington Mini Day 01 150x100 - Bennington Carriages Open DayThe event will be an action packed day, with Bennington opening the doors to the public. Catering for most disciplines of carriage driving, whether you are looking to start, or a seasoned competitor we have much to offer including educational, fun and practical hands on sessions, and an opportunity to meet fellow drivers – a great way to start the season.

The day will include:

  • Meet the Bennington Team behind the scenes, showcasing a range of Bennington Carriages built on site and opportunities to test drive the carriages.
  • Have a Go – Sessions
  • Driven dressage demonstration from Sue Mart and her Advanced single ponies
  • Informative talks
  • Setting up a grid training exercise
  • Putting an exercise turnout together
  • Harness fitting demonstrations
  • Professional fitters on hand to measure up for Airowear driving body protectors
  • Carriage maintenance demonstration and practical hands on sessions
  • Have a go at coach lining
  • Behind the scenes at Bennington Carriages – guided factory tours, seeing how carriages are built and meet the Bennington
  • A selection of trade stands
  • Q & A with Sue Mart
  • Special offers on the day, along with a free prize draw to win a set of Single Tedex harness

The day will cater for all aspects and levels of carriage driving for all the family and a warm welcome awaits from the Bennington Team.

Refreshments will be available to be purchased on the day
